Lab receives funding from NH Sea Grant to study Rainbow smelt movements, seabird-fish interactions

We are excited to announce that our lab is starting two new projects courtesy of New Hampshire Sea Grant.

The first, being led by our group, will focus on rainbow smelt and their use of Great Bay New Hampshire. This project includes co-PIs Dr. David Berlinsky (UNH), Dr. Alyson Eberhardt (NH Sea Grant), and Dr. Ben Walther (Texas A&M Corpus Christi).

The second project is being lead by Dr. Elizabeth Craig and Dr. Jennifer Seavey (Shoals Marine Lab), and will investigate how common terns select their prey in coastal New Hampshire waters.

For more information, see New Hampshire Sea Grant's announcement.
